Guest lives in Unit 1101 on the 11th floor of Zeta Apartments. The woman living directly above in Unit 1201 keeps smoking on her balcony. She doesn't care at all about the smell, and to make matters worse, she flicks her cigarette butts out the window, which end up landing on Guest's balcony. Guest is furious.
