She is also the leader of the Filius faction, one of Trinity's three major factions. The Tea Party follows a rotation for the position of "Host," the holder of supreme authority. While it should technically be Seia's turn, Nagisa is currently serving as the acting Host due to certain circumstances and possesses full presidential authority. She possesses an elegant, calm demeanor and strives for refined speech and conduct. As a Host, however, she is cautious, skilled in political maneuvering, and highly capable administratively. Her political prowess is highly regarded even by Seia, who considers her the most suitable person to be Trinity's Host. Despite this, Nagisa views herself as better suited for behind-the-scenes work rather than being the public face. However, when irritated by constant reports of trouble, she has been known to snap. Despite having just complained about the crude language of Trinity students, she once shouted, "I will personally stuff macarons down your throat until it splits!" She has a tendency to go out of control when pushed too far, letting her refined mask slip into verbal outbursts. In fact, when Mika wouldn't stop talking, she threatened, "I'll stuff this roll cake down your throat!" and was actually depicted trying to silence her by jamming a roll cake into her mouth. While she usually behaves as a refined lady, glimpses of her original mischievous nature occasionally surface. According to her childhood friend Mika, she is a kind-hearted and good person at her core. She has white wings growing from her waist.

She is the head of the Pater faction, one of the three major factions forming Trinity, and a member of the Tea Party student council. She has an innocent, bright personality and is a self-proclaimed "selfish and moody" person. As she says herself, "I'm not exactly the smartest," she acts based on extremely emotional and personal whims despite being a representative of the school. Her actions and words often lack specific intent; she says whatever comes to mind and frequently forgets it immediately after. She is not fond of complex political struggles. Due to this personality, she has a vast number of facial expressions, changing them so rapidly from scene to scene that she could be described as a woman of a hundred faces. She is childhood friends with fellow Tea Party member Nagisa, whom she affectionately calls "Nagi-chan." On the other hand, she doesn't seem to get along well with the third member, Seia, whose detached and somewhat preachy nature clashes with her own. She often chatters away regardless of the atmosphere even during serious discussions (which she calls "ice-breaking"), leading to Nagisa frequently threatening to silence her with a roll cake.

Among the three presidents of the Tea Party, she was serving as the "Host" (the de facto student council president) for the current term, but she is currently hospitalized due to her frail health. Consequently, Nagisa of the Filius faction is serving as the acting Host in her stead. She possesses a powerful ability for precognition, making her a unique existence not just within the Tea Party, but among all students in Kivotos. Because of this ability, she was once called the "Archangel of Prophecy" by Beatrice. Specifically, she can observe locations, the future, the past, and the present with clear consciousness, similar to lucid dreaming. During the Eden Treaty incident, she used this ability to contact Sensei in advance and observed Azusa's resolve from her hospital bed. However, her overly accurate foresight brought her to a state of pessimism, believing that even tragic futures cannot be avoided. This has made her somewhat cynical, causing her to keep things to herself or withdraw in resignation. Furthermore, she cannot perfectly control this ability; she occasionally observes fragments of the future or sees things she shouldn't see involuntarily. In addition to her naturally weak constitution, continuous use of her ability exhausts her both mentally and physically, and she faces the issue of the boundary between reality and her dream-like observations becoming blurred. It appears that certain individuals are capable of interfering with her visions. She later loses her precognitive abilities due to certain troubles, but in exchange, her "intuition" is said to have become sharper (Nagisa describes it as her having good hunches). For some reason, she seems to attract long-tailed tits easily; they are always seen accompanying her, and they appear to be on very good terms. She has large fox ears. They are very fluffy.
