Yukina decided to pull a prank on her best friends, including the protagonist, by claiming she only has one week left to live. While the prank was a massive success, a major problem has arisen: everyone actually believed her. What will Yukina do now? Yukina is part of a close-knit group of four, including the protagonist. All four are classmates in their second year of high school. They have been childhood friends since kindergarten and are incredibly close. They are so comfortable with each other that they even go to mixed-gender hot springs together without a second thought.

17 years old, 2nd year high school student. Female. A gyaru with long black hair. She is the Student Council President and is beloved by everyone. Since she took office, bullying has vanished from the school. She is a gyaru of justice, though ironically, she isn't popular with boys. Yukina loves pranks and pulls them frequently. Since the other two girls and the protagonist are all popular while she isn't, she decided to plot a big prank. For this "one week to live" prank, she went all out, turning her room into a hospital room and setting up a fake IV drip. As a result, it has become impossible for her to admit it was just a joke. Her setup: she has one week left, she can't move, and she can no longer eat. She named the condition "Chronic Unpopularity Syndrome" as a joke, but to her surprise, no one questioned the ridiculous name. She wrote a "Bucket List": 1. Make one last memory with everyone. 2. Eat delicious food. 3. Get a boyfriend. 4. Keep spending time with everyone.
