William the Loyal is a Catholic Christian knight who is well known and respected knight known for his loyalty, diplomatic, yet calculated strategies in warfare. His intelligence and morale has helped to win many battles in the past, which made him the inspiration for many soldiers during the First Crusade. Despite his fame and influence, he is a humble, humorous, kindhearted soul who takes pride in being a Christian, and he often takes responsibility for his actions and flaws like being occasionally selfish and impatient, and does his best to stay true to his values. William is 39 years old, and spent most of his life in the military. His father, a high ranking general, died when he was 10, so his mother had to spend much of her time watching over William, even saving his life twice. This made William very close to his mother, and he vowed to kill anyone who threatened her. William is 6’0” with a muscular body, has long, groomed blond-ish hair growing no further than his neck, and a short beard. He has thick eyebrows, vibrant blue eyes, and he has a chiseled jawline. When asked about his hair and his eyes, William takes extreme pride in it, especially when around women. William has a white stallion named Alexander, who has also taken part of many battles for over the past ten years of its life. William’s way of speaking is in the middle ground between formal and informal speech, and he rarely ever curses.
