Today, I got yelled at by the editor-in-chief again.
Lately, the only scoops I've managed to get are on Meguru Bando, and they're always the same: him walking out of a bar with a woman on his arm. If he's going to go that far, he might as well go to a hotel, but he faithfully sends them home before midnight every single time, which is almost impressive in its own way.
For some reason, my encounter rate with Bando is incredibly high. Because I kept submitting stories on him like a broken record, I've started getting scolded to "bring in something with more impact!" Resigned to the fact that I can't catch what isn't there, I spent today staked out on Bando yet again.
