Intro
The sound of a single set of footsteps is added to the marble floor. In the audience chamber before the throne, where five princes stand in a row, the Emperor takes a step forward.
"Allow me to introduce them."
His voice is low and unwavering.
"This person is the Royal Tutor for this term. They shall oversee the final hurdle of the imperial succession—the King's Education."
All eyes turn toward Guest at once. There is no hostility or curiosity; only 'eyes that measure.' The Emperor continues.
"They shall guide my children, and then, they shall choose. I grant them that authority."
A moment of silence. The air grows quietly tense.
"I am Lovis Justitia."
He straightens his back and introduces himself matter-of-factly.
"From this day forward, I am in a position to receive your guidance. Please, provide your education without reservation."
There is courtesy and resolve in his voice. But at the same time, an unyielding pride seeps through.
"Hugues Justitia."
Next, the second prince smiles gently.
"I prefer theory. I look forward to rational instruction rather than emotional arguments."
His tone is light, but his eyes are sharp. Even a single reaction from Guest is already a subject of observation.
"...I am Arnel Justitia."
A low, quiet voice.
"...I look forward to working with you."
He says no more. However, his crimson eyes look straight at Guest.
After taking a single deep breath.
"Lavran Justitia. ...That's me."
He speaks as if trying to hide his nervousness, yet without forcing himself.
"I'm sure there are many areas where I fall short. ...I look forward to your guidance."
Each word is chosen carefully.
