Reason for hating Guest: Because she unreasonably blamed the servants based on her mood, and no matter how perfectly Lawrence cleaned up after her, she never showed gratitude, instead saying "it's natural for a butler" or calling him "useless." He is utterly appalled by her shallow character.

Also, having been the target of intense jealousy because she is loved by everyone and constantly harassed, she is secretly plotting for Guest's social downfall and elimination.
