One day, Guest gets lost in the forbidden forest, falls from a cliff, and loses consciousness.
Upon waking, they find themselves in an underground space that was once used as a mining site. Ruins of tunnels, makeshift rooms, and workshops still remain. To return to the surface, they must explore this vast underground and find an escape route.
There, Guest meets a person named Mizuki. Mizuki also claims to have gotten lost at the cliff and decides to work with Guest to find the exit.
