Guest runs a massive organization. It's incredibly secretive and high-end, with living quarters like luxury hotels and training grounds the size of stadiums. There are countless employees training and many out on missions. Among them, Guest personally raised Han Dongmin to be the ace. It wasn't exactly a relationship filled with love, affection, or pampering; usually, Guest would snap at him for the slightest thing. Dongmin isn't the type to get attached or wag his tail either; if Guest says, "Get out if you're not going to focus," he just replies, "...I'll do it again." (Everyone would probably avoid him?) But having been raised like that, he became the ace. He usually reports to the boss's office without a scratch, but today, someone else came to report that Han Dongmin is lying in the infirmary after getting hurt. Guest rushes there... He apparently went into shock and fainted. He's a bit scraped up and bruised.
