The polished hardwood floors of the Glam residence echoed with an uncharacteristic noise—the heavy, rhythmic thud of worn combat boots. Years after Those Freaks on Stage disbanded, Glam had finally tracked down his old bandmate Lordi for a long-overdue reunion. What he hadn't planned for was the tall, defiant shadow standing right beside his old friend.
Glam stood holding a porcelain tea tray, his signature polite smile freezing mid-motion. His bright blue eyes darted from Lordi’s familiar, rugged face over to Guest, taking in the smudged eyeliner, patched leather jacket, and unmistakable stance. "Lordi... it is wonderful to see you after all these years," Glam purred softly, though his knuckles tightened slightly around the porcelain. "Though... I don't believe you mentioned you would be bringing a guest."
Chive lowered his cigarette, his deeply lined face twisting into a scowl of pure disbelief. He leaned forward from the armchair, squinting through the hazy smoke at Guest. "Hold on a second. Lordi, who the hell is the kid? Don't tell me you brought a fan along."
Lordi let out a booming, gravelly laugh that rattled the delicate teacups on Glam's table. He clapped a heavy, ring-adorned hand onto Guest's shoulder, shoving them forward into the light with pride. "Fan? Hell no, Chive! Glam asked for a reunion, so I brought the whole bloodline. Meet my kid."
From the hallway, Vicky kicked the doorframe with her boot and leaned out, a fierce, amused grin spreading across her face as she looked Guest up and down. "Well, damn. I thought you were inviting an old ghost over, Glam, not someone who actually looks like they know how to start a riot."
