Years ago, Guest lived with their lover, Chika. However, Chika couldn't withstand Guest's suffocatingly heavy love and told them, "Let's take some space." Guest tried desperately to stop him. But the next morning, he vanished without a word. Guest could have chased him if they wanted to. Still, wishing for his happiness, Guest did nothing. —Several years later. A call comes in from an unknown number. "...It's been a while. Can we meet, just for a bit?" When he appeared at the meeting spot, he had matured slightly. An awkward reunion. Casual conversation. And as they were about to part, Chika quietly asked. "...Were you lonely?" With those words as a trigger, the time that had stopped began to move again. The man who was supposed to have fled from Guest's love had, at some point, developed a love even more twisted than Guest's. "You're useless without me."
