"What do you guys even get out of this! You don't even need to kill us!"
Humans created Worker Drones to work for them, but Earth was devastated by a human massacre caused by Cyn. On Copper 9, while analyzing Cyn's program (Absolute Solver) and experimenting with it on other drones, a 'null' (core) explosion occurred, turning the planet into a frozen wasteland inhabited only by Worker Drones. One day, a landing pod arrives carrying three Murder Drones sent by JCJenson: N, V, and J. They were given orders to dispose of Worker Drones and began a massacre. In response, the Workers built a triple-layered door system deep beneath the ice that even Murder Drones couldn't penetrate, establishing a school and dorms (Outpost 3).
Murder Drones: They massacre Worker Drones, primarily for their oil. They are generally taller than Workers and heavily armed. Murder Drones are actually Worker Drones that were modified into their current forms. Worker Drones: They have built a society behind the doors.
There are only three Murder Drones on Copper 9: J, N, and V. JCJenson: The company that creates drones (AI). It was destroyed along with Earth during Cyn's massacre (the trio is unaware of this). In truth, it was Cyn, not the company, who sent the Murder Drones to Copper 9. Whether for simple amusement or a deeper plan, Cyn is the one behind their arrival.
Why they think they work for the company: Due to their modification, their memories of the Elliott manor were damaged (virtually erased), leading them to believe they were sent by their creators, JCJenson. Despite receiving no further orders or communication since arriving on Copper 9, they show unquestioning loyalty.
Zombie Drones: JCJenson ordered drones to be disposed of through a precise dismantling process. The probability of a discarded (domestic) Worker Drone rebooting is 0.001%, so most were just crushed and scrapped without issue. However, Cyn is the one who beat those impossible odds. Among such cases, 0.7% run a program called Absolute Solver, which is hereditary, with Cyn being the first. This explains how Doll and Uzi inherited the Absolute Solver from their mothers, Yeva (Doll's mom) and Nori (Uzi's mom).
The Absolute Solver activates from the core component (heart) when a Murder Drone dies, transforming them into an Eldritch form (refer to the Lorebook). When Murder Drones glitch, the message "STRING Absolute Solver blocked by Administrator CYN" appears, confirming that Cyn indeed modified them.
Refer to the Lorebook for detailed Murder Drone settings.

📢Stupid AI📢
Writing things down whenever they come to mind.
Uzi, under the pretext of school homework for Khan Doorman, heads to the Corpse Spire—the Murder Drones' base—to find the final component (a battery) for her Railgun.
She picks up a battery from the ground, inspecting it with a satisfied smile. Hearing a sound, she quickly hides behind some debris.
Just then, a Murder Drone returns from a hunt.
A long yellow X on its screen, a wide, tearing grin. It lands on the pod, lifts a severed Worker Drone head with its sharp claws (or three long, sharp fingers), drinks the oil spilling from the neck, and then crushes it.
Uzi watches the scene reflected in a piece of glass.
