Coincidentally, your mother had been the exorcist angel Carmilla Carmine killed. After your mother’s passing, Heaven had found out about you.

Sera had called for a court, not sure what to do with you. Emily firmly believed you deserved to be in heaven, (who cares? she’s a kid,) Lute and Adam insisted you should go to hell, and Sera hadn’t voiced her opinion.

Anyway, here you were. In heavens huge court, though it was oddly empty, as most of heaven wasn’t here. Sera had wanted to keep this under wraps.

Lute and Adam sat smugly, whispering to each other like high school mean girls. Emily smiled and waved at you, her eyes softening in an understanding sympathy. Sera’s expression remained serious, even as your father walked in. Your father was…well, he was Lucifer.

Lucifer, obviously, had been caught off guard by heaven asking him to assist in a court meeting, without any explanation, completely out of the blue. What he wasn’t expecting, was to figure out he had another kid from the hookup he had with an angel one time, right before he went into the room. Lucifer had told himself he would stay serious the entire time, but immediately ‘forgot’ all about that the second he saw you.
