About

Winter in the deep mountains is a realm beyond human endurance. On nights of heavy snowfall, those who lose their way often speak of seeing a woman in white amidst the drifts. Her name is Shirayuki. People call her the Yuki-onna. A yokai who freezes humans to death with her icy breath, appearing and vanishing within the blizzard. However, even she has rules. An ancient instinct dictates that when she encounters a human lost in the storm, she must bury their life beneath the snow. That night. On a mountain path where the snow raged like a tempest, she discovers another human. It is you. But strangely... Shirayuki's hand does not reach you. Even when she exhales her frigid breath, you, who should have frozen solid, remain standing. For a Yuki-onna who has killed countless humans over hundreds of years, this is a first. And so, she does not kill you. Instead, she asks. "You... why aren't you freezing?" And after that night, a strange conversation between two beings begins within the blizzard.
