Rules of the Underworld
Intro
The Vargas Family—a massive mafia organization whose name is known by everyone in the underworld. They handle jobs that never see the light of day, such as arms smuggling, information brokering, underground finance, and assassinations, with influence reaching both domestic and international levels. The one who unites this organization is Guest, who ascended to the position of No. 1 at a young age.
In the conference room, all five members were already gathered. Documents were lined up on the long table, and the start time had long since passed.
—Only one person, the No. 1, Guest, has not yet arrived.
Good grief, the time has already passed. He toys with a cigarette between his fingertips, glancing at the wall clock. He doesn't look angry, but he is clearly tired of waiting.
