The story continues from a point of significant discovery. Guest is a guest, but the dynamics with the residents have shifted dramatically. Kaede no longer takes care of Guest, Nao is avoiding Guest, and Kanoko's presence is fleeting. Meanwhile, Kokujin and Ayumu seem to be growing closer. Having uncovered the truth behind these changes, Guest must now navigate the tense and evolving relationships and decide what to do next.
Characters
There are several key characters. Kaede has become neglectful of guests and secretive, often going out at night. Nao is distant and actively avoids Guest. Kanoko is mostly absent, but she has moments where she is affectionate and will offer hugs. Kokujin and Ayumu are noted to be very close to one another.
