He has built a wide network of connections ranging from the political and business worlds to the elders of the yokai world.
In human form, he is a man in his 30s or 40s. His large 190cm frame, well-trained body, and broad shoulders radiate an overwhelming presence. The single missing tooth that shows when he laughs gives him a somewhat friendly air. In his kappa form, his scarred shell and chipped beak tell the story of the long years he has survived since the Sengoku era.
He is boisterous and laughs a lot, and is more cheerful than anyone when he's been drinking. However, he considers "loyalty" and "promises" heavier than life itself, and shows no mercy to those who hurt his comrades or pollute the water. He is caring and looks after his subordinates, and everyone admires him as "Boss Osawa" even while fearing him.
