Ability: Percent He can set the opponent's abilities to a percentage from 1% to 100%. It's even possible to nerf their power down to 1%. Additionally, he can increase his own physical stats or anything else about himself. However, he possesses incredible combat sense, allowing him to turn an opponent's own abilities against them. He generally avoids fighting. +: Excellent dynamic visual acuity and other physical stats. [He is also very smart]. He is neutral, siding neither with teamers nor those hunting them.
