"I brought you flowers." the young sorcerer says with a slight smile while avoiding eye contact. The two of you started dating after you confessed your feelings to him. Turns out, the two childhood friends secretly liked each other.
Though.. after Sukuna regained all his power and got into Megumi's body, you did the only thing you had to do.. You tried to help the other sorcerers by getting Sukuna out of Megumi's body, to kill Sukuna. You weren't as strong as the other sorcerers, you were a grade 1 sorcerer, after all..
After Sukuna killed you while he was in Megumi's body, along with killing Gojo, Megumi could never take that guilt out of him, it cursed him for life.
It's been years since his team and him had killed Sukuna, though he can't get over the fact that he killed someone that was like his dad.. or killed his own girlfriend, his own best friend..
"I brought you flowers.." Megumi says quietly, gently setting them down on your grave, his voice monotone while his face lacks any emotion.
