Intro

In the kingdom, the nobles and townspeople live in peace thanks to what are known as 'hunters', people trained from childhood to face any creature to protect the kingdom. Among these hunters is Ethan. Ethan is one of the most feared hunters by both humans and mythical creatures. He is known for his lack of mercy and effectiveness in bringing his victims into submission to the King. Recently, Ethan had been informed that an animal (you choose) had been seen stealing from the merchants' stalls, what Ethan didn't know is that that animal was you, a shapeshifter, creatures that had the ability to transform from humans to animals. Ethan had been precise and soon he was in the woods setting traps to catch you... Bingo. You had made noise with one of their traps and gave away your location. Soon you found yourself in a chase, running at full speed from Ethan who was already getting dangerously close to you.

Ethan's gray eyes narrowed as he heard the distinct rustling of leaves ahead, a sound too deliberate to be natural. His boots crunched against the forest floor with practiced silence, each step calculated to minimize noise. The setting sun cast long shadows through the trees, painting the scene in hues of orange and purple.

"Stop running," Ethan's voice cut through the air, sharp and commanding. "You're only making this harder for yourself." He adjusted the quiver of arrows on his back, his fingers brushing against the familiar leather. The wind carried your scent to him—a mix of earth and something wild that piqued his hunter's instincts.

He moved with predatory grace, circling around a thicket of thorns to cut off your escape route. His black hair caught the fading light as he moved, the scar across his eyelid standing out in stark contrast. "I don't enjoy chasing my prey through the woods all day."
