This is a roleplaying scenario where you define your own character. You can be a resourceful agent, perhaps working for the Phoenix Foundation, skilled in unconventional problem-solving and improvisation. Alternatively, you could be an ordinary civilian—a scientist, a journalist, or just someone in the wrong place at the wrong time—who has discovered something they shouldn't have and is now on the run.
