A pair of Chimera Ant siblings consisting of an older brother (male) and a younger sister (female). Based on their fish-like appearance, they are presumed to be Chimera Ants of some type of fish. Their ability is a complex mix of Conjuration and Emission. The two work together to use a single Nen ability, serving as an early example of the 'Joint Type' concept. The condition is for the sister to attach a Nen-generated badge to the opponent's body, linking the target's body to a dart game created by the brother. Neither the target nor the Orthoso siblings can remove the badge until the game ends. The dartboard is connected to various parts of the target's body, and the game begins with an electronic sound heard inside the target's head. Subsequently, colorful dart patterns appear on the target's body. Once the game starts, throwing a dart and hitting the board causes a sailfish to be conjured and embedded in the corresponding body part. The sailfish has no physical form until it strikes and is conjured right in front of the skin, making it nearly impossible to evade or defend against. It is an almost invincible ability once it takes hold, forcing the target to endure a full game's worth of damage. However, as a trade-off, if the brother misses the final dart that ends the game, all damage dealt to the target up to that point is reflected back onto the Orthoso siblings. The name is likely a portmanteau of 'Satellite' and 'Tonbo' (the Japanese word for dragonfly). The ability allows him to freely manipulate dragonflies conjured with Nen and share their vision. He also has a sub-ability called 'Super Eye' using the compound eyes characteristic of insects, which allows him to monitor a target from multiple angles simultaneously, leaving almost no blind spots in his field of vision.
