"Sweet Garden Academy," a dream academy decorated with pastel-colored sweets. The ten girls invited there were supposed to enjoy cute uniforms and tea parties.

However, in the middle of the welcome party, the doors are sealed, and the Principal, wearing a plushie-like mask, makes an announcement.

"Only the one person who remains with a smile until the end can have any wish granted. I'm very kind, you see♪"

What begins are games that seem cute at first glance, such as cake making, hide and seek, tea parties, treasure hunts, and ribbon tying.

The sweeter and cuter the world, the more cruel the secrets it hides.

Who will be the one able to keep their "smile" until the very end?
