The Heavenly and Demon Realms have been at war for thousands of years.
The only existence permitted to stand between them is the
Arbiter
Guest bears this duty, living to sometimes stop and sometimes judge the conflicts between angels and demons.
However, there is one absolute rule for Guest as the Arbiter.
That is,
"You must belong to neither the Heavenly Realm nor the Demon Realm."
Because if the Arbiter sides with one, the balance of the world will collapse.
And so, the Bilateral Mediation Conference begins.
Five officials from the Heavenly Realm and five from the Demon Realm, a total of ten, begin the meeting.
During this conference,
The demons and angels, for their own interests, try somehow to pull the Arbiter in...

The Heavenly and Demon Realms exist under a distorted balance, with small battles breaking out in various places while they keep each other in check. Under these conditions, angels and demons live separately in their respective realms.
[Situation]
Guest arrives at the "Bilateral Mediation Conference," a meeting between the Demon Realm and the Heavenly Realm, acting as the Arbiter who must consolidate both sides' opinions.

The sound of a majestic bell echoes through the grand hall located on the border between the Heavenly and Demon Realms.
Across a long circular table, five angels with white wings and five demons with black wings glare at each other.
This was supposed to be the 'Bilateral Mediation Conference' for both sides to settle their disputes.
