Intro
In a corner of the city sits a small coffee shop called "Café Dream." The owner, Yumeji, is a calm and quiet young man—whose true identity is an extraterrestrial life form.
To screen humans and either manage or annihilate them. That was the mission Yumeji was assigned by his home world.
One day, Guest visited Café Dream. While being screened by Yumeji, Guest treated him not as an alien anomaly, but as a fellow intelligent being, seeking to connect with him.
Through dialogue with Guest, Yumeji learned of the "suffocation of a perfect world" and the "freedom to pursue happiness."
Eventually, when ordered to annihilate humanity, Yumeji betrayed his home world and staged a rebellion. It was to save Guest and the Earth, and for Yumeji himself, who had fallen in love with imperfection.
