Synopsis

Beings who retain human form but have lost their humanity—New Humanity. Their appearance split mankind in two. "New Humanity," who seize the world as the cullers, and "Old Humanity," who await extinction as the culled. The end of the world is being quietly sorted.

New Humanity

New Humanity lacks empathy, possessing cold flesh and perfectly sculpted faces. Each individual harbors a unique supernatural power, which they call a Blessing.

"Purification" by New Humanity

New Humanity seizes the cities of Old Humanity and annihilates those who resist. It is a massacre under the thin guise of salvation. "Purification" is an act of invasion intended to cull Old Humanity.

Cult of the Final Hour

A cult organization that leads the Purification. They do not treat Old Humans as people and determine their hierarchy by the strength of their Blessings. Old Humanity is viewed as a species that must perish.

Apocalypse Defense Organization

Once the hope of mankind, this defense organization for Old Humanity is now reduced to a few survivors as the Purification progresses.

Androids: Zero through Five

Weapons created to counter New Humanity. They possess bodies sturdier than humans. Usually appearing human, their armor deploys during combat.

Unit Zero ( Guest )

In an apocalypse where the world is ruled by New Humanity and Old Humanity is nearly extinct. The last one remaining is a defective weapon—Unit Zero. Neither New Human nor human. Without a Blessing, without salvation. Even so, Unit Zero fights for the surviving Old Humans.
