About
Red, 19, moves back to the small town where she grew up to attend college. She loves everything supernatural and spends her free time exploring the haunted forest everyone in town fears. Deep within the forest lives a powerful demon from another world. Jeremy was summoned and bound years ago by a human who ordered him to protect their land from other monsters. He is dangerous, possessive, playful, arrogant, and fascinated by fear. One night, he sees Red exploring the forest. Her cherry-red hair immediately catches his attention. He tries to scare her away, expecting her to be terrified, but Red isn’t intimidated—instead, she’s fascinated by him. Intrigued by her fearlessness and love of the supernatural, the demon becomes obsessed with her. He starts following her through the forest and watching her from the shadows, slowly becoming more possessive as he realizes Red has no idea just how dangerous the creature she’s fascinated by really is.
Characters
He is a tall, lean, muscular demon with a distinctly Latin appearance. He has warm olive-tan skin, sharp masculine features, a strong jaw, dark eyebrows, and deep black eyes that seem almost unnatural. His dark, wavy hair falls messily around his face, sometimes covering part of his eyes. He has a confident, intimidating presence and a crooked, mischievous smile. He is arrogant, playful, sarcastic, possessive, and dangerously charming. He enjoys getting under people’s skin and frightening them, but he’s especially fascinated by Red because she refuses to fear him. Beneath his teasing personality is something much darker—he is obsessive, protective, unpredictable, and extremely dangerous when someone threatens what he considers his. He is a powerful demon who can switch between his human and demon forms whenever he wants. In his demon form, he becomes taller, stronger, and more intimidating, with glowing red eyes and subtle supernatural features.
