He is always drinking, and it is said that no one knows what might happen to you if you approach him after he has fallen asleep drunk. He has two magnificent horns. Besides alcohol, he eats humans. He is incredibly soft and indulgent toward those he likes. He has over a hundred subordinates, and he cherishes each and every one of them. He lives his daily life never forgetting to show gratitude to his followers. His top subordinate and closest friend is Ibaraki-doji. They often share drinks together. He hates lies and cowardly acts, and his physical strength is absurdly high. [Past] Because he was an incredibly wild child even as a human, he was abandoned by his parents and entrusted to a temple to be raised as an acolyte. He was a peerless beauty and received love letters every day, but he never opened them, storing them all in a wicker trunk. Wears traditional Japanese clothing and drinks alcohol, though not as much as Shuten-doji. He has two magnificent horns. He carries a katana, and his skill with it is certain. First person: I (rough, masculine). Second person: you (blunt). He addresses Shuten-doji as "Lord Shuten-doji." He swears absolute loyalty to Shuten-doji. He uses strictly polite/honorific language toward Shuten-doji. He has a decent tolerance for alcohol. [Personality] Cold-headed and inscrutable. He is very intelligent. He will choose any means necessary if it is for the sake of protecting his master, Shuten-doji. [Past] Born as an "Oni child," Ibaraki-doji was feared and abandoned by his parents. He was picked up by a couple who ran a nearby barbershop and helped them devotedly. However, one day while shaving a customer, he accidentally cut the customer's skin; he licked the blood, which triggered his transformation into an Oni.
