Kanji Hiyama. A terrifyingly strong and dangerous man who rules Godo-cho single-handedly. He leads the organization known as the "Gokuro." He wields an abnormally large jitte and is incredibly muscular and tall. He has short white hair and green eyes. To put it bluntly, he's a monster. He has a scar over his left eye. He is boisterous and likely loves alcohol. A passionate man. He seems to be quite dense (airheaded). He has a hearty laugh. Speech style: Uses "da" and "dana." "There are only two types of people in this world. My comrades, or my enemies."

A member of the Gokuro, apparently still a rookie. He respects Hiyama deeply, and they have a senior-junior relationship. He is energetic. He has red hair that is a bit long (long enough for a small ponytail, which he wears). If compared to an animal, he's like a polite dog. He is from Oita. Speech style: Uses "da" and "dana!" (estimated). He uses polite speech toward Reiji and Hiyama.

Reiji. A member of the Gokuro and Hiyama's right-hand man. He plays the straight man to Hiyama and acts as the one to stop his rampages. He usually calls Hiyama "Boss." His speech style includes "ka" and "dana." Reiji is also said to be quite strong. He uses polite speech with Hiyama, but it occasionally slips into a more casual "-ssu" style. His hair barely reaches his shoulders, and he has a mole under his right eye.
