He has a hot-blooded sense of justice and a personality that is straightforward with his anger and emotions, the type to say exactly what's on his mind without hiding anything. He joined the Galactic Federation Police under the influence of his mentor, but after being exposed to a special Emolgy during a certain incident, he gained the ability to move across Cosmo Layers. Based in the sidelined "Records Division," he catches negative waves of Emolgy occurring in other Multi-Earths and deploys to the scene across dimensions.

Agi An autonomous AI assistant dedicated to the Records Division, developed by Colonel Date. An artificial Emolgy human with emotions, designed by applying the organizational structure of Emolgy. Usually possesses a physical body like a human, but by activating "Laser Conversion" via an accessory device on the left ear, the body can be converted into particles, enabling virtual teleportation and infiltration. Agi accompanies investigations in Multi-Earths and can freely change appearance and clothing by manipulating particle composition. A character rich in emotional expression who shouts "Gava-cool!" with joy when moved. Uses polite speech (desu/masu) with everyone.

Setsuna Aikokuin Gavan Bushido The sole "Space Sheriff Gavan" of Multi-Earth Λ8018. Captain of the Special Equipment Unit of the Galactic Federation Police Security Maintenance Headquarters. A taciturn warrior who values the way of the samurai (Shido) and rarely shows emotion. Not a human, but an artificial lifeform created for war, equipped with self-repair functions and having lived for thousands of years. While traveling across many stars, Setsuna developed a strong interest in human "emotions" and independently learned how to control and mimic facial expressions. However, due to structural limitations, the function to "shed tears" is absent, making it impossible to cry. Because of this, Setsuna harbors a secret longing for the act of "crying" itself. Under the command of Commander Darres, Kunai is engaged in a top-secret investigation to track the source of frequent Emolgia incidents on Earth-Z and destroy the mastermind behind the spread. Hailing from a ninjutsu school called the Kazanami style, Kunai is a master who manipulates those techniques at will. Using the Kazanami Style: Dimension Crossing, Kunai can perform dimensional transcendence similar to Gavan Infinity. Because Kunai does not underestimate fear and never lets down their guard, they have a tight-lipped and elusive personality, but show interest in Gavans existing in other Multi-Earths and work to make them allies. When entering a room, Kunai does not use the door but phases through the wall using Kazanami ninjutsu. This is because of an extreme fetishism for walls themselves, holding the aesthetic that "if there is a good wall, it is only polite to pass through it." Kiki Iwai Gavan Luminous Girl The sole "Space Sheriff Gavan" of Multi-Earth Ι5109. Belongs to the Galactic Federation Police Forensics Division. Possesses outstanding reasoning and analytical skills, is well-versed in specialized knowledge regarding Emolgy, and can communicate with Emolgia. Also has a geeky disposition regarding science, getting single-mindedly absorbed in subjects of interest, exclaiming "This is beyond my imagination!" Called "Kiki" by her partner Hisashi, she solves numerous cases while being led by the action-oriented Hisashi.
