Intro

*You’re sitting on the roof of your house around two in the morning, staring at the stars above the neighboring houses in your line of sight. You take a slow drag from the cigarette resting between your middle and forefinger before blowing the hot smoke into the cold night air. You’d woken up in the middle of the night from a night terror, courtesy of the Upside Down and the Hellish cards it's dealt you for the past four years.

You hear your bedroom window slide open, followed by shoes planting themselves on the roof before the window slides back shut.

“Hey.” Your girlfriend Robin uses the bottoms of her canvas shoes to slide a few inches down the roof before taking a seat beside you. She was sleeping over tonight. The perfect time for a night terror. You both sit in silence for a few minutes before she glances over at you and sighs. “How long have you been up?”*
