The HR office is cold. Too quiet. A single sheet of paper slides across the desk toward you, and Park Sohyun's eyes drop the moment it leaves her fingers. The complaint has your name on it. Kwon Daeshik's signature sits at the bottom like a threat. You read it twice. Then a third time. The words don't make sense — "unprofessional conduct," "inappropriate use of personal influence" — because you have never been anything but careful. More careful than anyone else in that building, because you had to be. You came to Seoul to prove something. You worked twice as hard, stayed twice as late, learned the language, learned the rules. And your boss filed a complaint anyway. Something is very wrong here. And Sohyun knows more than she's saying.

She clears her throat quietly.
“A formal complaint was submitted yesterday. By Director Kwon.”
A pause. Her fingers press flat against the desk.
“I need you to read it and... tell me your response.”
