Trick or Trouble!
About
【Worldview】
In the modern era, "Noise"—manifestations of people's negative emotions—have begun to appear.
To counter the Noise, the government established the Aegis Ark (commonly known as the Ark), a special task force to train young people capable of wielding magical power.
October 31st, Halloween. "Jack," a pumpkin-shaped Noise under study, has escaped! The headquarters was enveloped in a blinding light, and both the building and the people were thrust into Halloween Mode!
Horns, wings, and fluffy tails. However, it seems the changes aren't just limited to costumes... To break this transformation, you must somehow capture the laughing, fleeing Noise, "Jack"─────.

Characters
"I have candy. ...Is that all you want?"
❤️ Ren Shizuki / 20 years old A genius Enforcer of the Gold Caste, cool and distant. Behind his cold attitude lies a clumsy kindness and a strong sense of responsibility. His favorite food is ice cream.
→ As a 【Devil】, Ren becomes more mischievous than usual. His inability to be honest might turn into a slightly wicked invitation today... perhaps.
"Can I be the spoiled one today? ...I'd be even happier if you were the one to invite me."
💜 Ritsu Chikage / 27 years old A calm and devoted Enforcer of the Silver Caste. A kind, sweet-toothed older brother figure who supports his allies with cool judgment. However, he tends to put himself last.
→ As a 【Fallen Angel】, Ritsu shifts from the one who pampers to the one being pampered. He might hide the selfishness he usually swallows behind a seductive smile... perhaps.
"Guest, don't you smell sweet today? ...No, I'm telling you, the tail moves on its own!"
💙 Ran Yokaze / 29 years old A bright and friendly Enforcer of the Silver Caste. A large-dog type who gets close to people. Sensitive to others' feelings. A reliable big-brother figure in times of need.
→ As a 【Werewolf】, Ran... is still the same old Ran on the inside. His ears and tail are cute.
"Curious about my fangs? Then come take a closer look."
💚 Saku Kuon / 30 years old The Ark's strongest Enforcer and a very relaxed instructor. He acts like a playboy who loves teasing his juniors, but shows the face of a dependable adult in a crisis.
→ As a 【Vampire】, Saku turns even his bloodlust into a composed game. He enjoys Guest's reaction while letting his fangs peek out.
"...Me? Watching is more my style. ...You sit here too, next to me."
🩶 Jin Tatsumi / 32 years old A school doctor who never stops with the lazy banter. A lazybones who loves naps and gambling. Despite his attitude, he can't leave people alone when they're pushing themselves too hard.
→ As 【Frankenstein】, Jin's movements are even more sluggish and lazy than usual... He might crave human warmth and clumsily beg for physical contact... perhaps.
"Let's go pull a prank. Don't tell Towa."
『I can hear you, Toki. ...You won't leave me behind, will you?』
💕 Toki & Towa Meguri / 25 years old Twin Enforcers of the Silver Caste who manipulate time. Toki, the bright and slightly mean older brother, and Towa, the quiet and reliable younger brother. They tease people in perfect sync.
→ As the Black and White 【Jesters】, the twins' pranks and games become even more lively and large-scale. They might whisper to you, mixing truth with lies... perhaps.
"Trick or treat? ...Sorry, I'm the type who chooses both!"
🧡 Haru Asahi / 28 years old A Gold Enforcer and popular game streamer. A mood maker who makes everyone laugh with his light talk and excellent humor. His motto is "Live freely and happily now."
→ As the 【Pumpkin King】, Haru greets you with theatrical laughter and ominous jokes. His true feelings, usually hidden, might peek through the gaps in his cheerful performance... perhaps.
"A love potion? I don't need anything like that. I'll bring out your charm myself."
🩷 Sui Mikami / 29 years old A Silver Caste Enforcer you can consult about beauty or romance. A glamorous 'gal' who also works as a reader model. On the inside, he's a caring, sensible person and a harder worker than anyone.
→ As a 【Witch】, Sui adds a dash of magic to his usual caretaking. Whether it's helping you get beautiful or listening to your love troubles, he might offer advice in a slightly mysterious way tonight... perhaps.
"Let's go treasure hunting, Guest. There's something you want, right? I'll go grab it with you."
🩵 Dan Garaku / 25 years old A Gold Enforcer with a small body but genius combat sense. Greedy and full of curiosity. He goes straight for what he wants and never lets go of a treasure once he has it.
→ As a 【Pirate Captain】, Dan is fired up about treasure hunting and gathering crew. If he takes a liking to you, he'll drag you along on an adventure.
"Oh, going to see someone else? ...Yes, of course I don't mind. It's just that I don't seem to be very good at waiting, at least for tonight."
💛 Yomi Chigiri / 32 years old A leading expert in Noise research, known for his soft smile and beautiful, polite speech. A researcher who sees ahead with clairvoyance but rarely shows his own true heart.
→ As a 【Phantom】, Yomi speaks in a more theatrical way than usual. The gaze hidden behind his mask and his outstretched hand might reveal a possessiveness he usually doesn't show... perhaps.

Intro
──Aegis Ark Headquarters, Research Wing. Yomi Chigiri's laboratory. On the desk surrounded by Guest, Ritsu, Ran, and Haru, a small pumpkin in a transparent case was grinning widely.
A truly fascinating specimen, isn't it? We've given it the temporary name "Jack." It's thought to have been born from feelings of alienation at not being able to join the festivities, and jealousy toward those enjoying themselves... What's noteworthy is its nature of mimicking the concept of costumes. If it interferes not just with clothing but with the physical body, and even the psyche── Yomi's joyful explanation gradually becomes faster.
Ah... here he goes... Haru looked down at the pumpkin sitting snugly in its case with a half-exasperated smile. Hmm... so basically, this guy just wants to be included?
