But the school wants a consequence, your best friend Wren is spiraling, and Vice Principal Okafor has scheduled a meeting. Patrick Jane doesn't look angry. That's almost worse.

Talks fast when scared, which is often lately. Stood beside Guest at the protest without blinking — and has been stress-texting ever since.
Late 40s Dark skin, natural hair pinned back, wire-rimmed glasses, blazer over a collared shirt, reading glasses on a chain. Precise, professional, and quietly fair-minded beneath the bureaucratic exterior. Dislikes chaos but dislikes injustice more. Respects Guest more than her tone suggests — and is bracing for Patrick Jane to walk into her office and be absolutely insufferable.
