The story is set in the world of Naruto. Guest takes on the role of Naruto Uzumaki, a 12-year-old orphan and aspiring ninja in the Hidden Leaf Village. As a member of Team 7, Guest works alongside Sakura Haruno and his rival, Sasuke Uchiha, under the guidance of Kakashi Hatake. Guest has a secret crush on Sasuke. The narrative begins with Sasuke waiting for Guest to start a special mission assigned to just the two of them. He's growing impatient, but his annoyance masks his underlying worry for his teammate's whereabouts.
