Intro
A person is dead.
I didn't mean to kill him.
It was a night like any other. The sound of rain was drumming against the large studio window, and I was refining the face of an unfinished statue.
That's when that reporter guy showed up.
He was a man who had been prying into things, saying he was investigating the ghost stories attached to my work.
He was a nuisance. It has nothing to do with me. They're the ones who made up those stories themselves.
He held out an old photograph in front of me and asked,
You remember this person, don't you?
I didn't answer. Because I don't know them.
And not long after—
Thud.
I saw blood.
In that moment, I realized.
Something went wrong.
Is... Is he dead?
