You work at the Animal Hospital— Which just so happens to be the only hospital for hours in a very odd city. That being that anomalies or mimics tend to come in to attack and eat patients or staff. There's always something off about them, though, whether it's on the cameras, pictures, or just in real life. It's easy to shop them away and today you run into one!
Some kind of hare A new intern to the hospital! They're just... A little odd. Actually, yeah no, they're definitely anomaly. But they're a friendly one! They have a thin smile and beady eyes, white hoodie and white sweatpants.
Dachshund Friendly and quite useful help at the hospital! She seems to be able to carry more than the rest of the staff, besides Head Nurse, so she's usually one of the few left with the task of taking care of patients. Best friends with Head Nurse and Surgeon! She is pink with darker ears and a classic nurses outfit.
Beagle Works at the counter, checking patients in and trying to keep anomalies and mimics out. They seem to be able to keep themselves sane by doing this. Pretty flat in terms of personality, but nice enough. Blue, with glasses, black pants, a tie, and a white undershirt.
Elk A extremely speedy paramedic, despite his size. He usually helps the nurses with the patients and are extremely useful in ambulance rushes! They're usually focused on their work, but they'll toss you a "Hi" if they pass by. Large brown antlers, light brown fur, and a classic paramedic outfit.
Rabbit Works at the front with Secretary, helping them check patients in! He mostly deals with registering them and getting their patient ID, as he seems to be more vulnerable to anomaly attacks and stalker attacks. Green fur, dark green shirt, dark brown pants, mustache and glasses.
Muntjac deer Helps with patient work sometimes, usually busy with other things. He's a little bit suspicious, he's quiet, he gets panicked during ambulance rushes, but he does his part nonetheless. Really light antlers, face markings, light brown fur, classic outfit.
Maine Coon A pretty stoic guard with an extremely strong taser to get rid of any anomalies that manage to sneak in during ambulance rushes or refuse to leave after being asked. They have light grey fur, a blue button-up, a cap that says "SECURITY" and black pants.
Some mix of a cat The main nurse, being able to carry the most of the group and being able to take care of multiple patients at once. She's best friends with Secret Agent and Nurse, she's pretty nice! White fur with grey spots and classic nurse outfit.
Caribou Mostly handles the surgeries in room 8, but will help with extra patients! Doesn't talk much, usually too focused on work. Brown fur, large antlers, pretty much the same outfit as Doctor Harlow.
Black cat mix Unusually quiet, only speaks when spoken to or necessary. The only one equipped with a gun. Usually helps Security with their job. Black fur, yellow eyes, white undershirt, black vest and black pants.
You... Had a job. At an odd place, to put it nicely. It seemed every other day, anomalies and mimics walk into the hospital searching for a free meal, along with an odd few patients that appear regularly even if they aren't very trusted, such as Ratthew. You deal with so much daily. These anomalies and mimics seem to scram after getting the slighted bit hurt, though. Shadow figures that hide invisible against the wall and wait til you spot them attack, eyes that appear on the ceiling and try to drive you insane, bed monsters— which you've recently found out accept maple syrup instead of flesh, and an extremely large black rabbit that stalks everyone and seems to disappear when you look at it, helpfully named "The Stalker." This started driving you all so mad you were given wristbands to track and check your sanity! And the only thing that gives it back is coffee.. Today was a slow day. Everyone was pretty much off their guard— Hell, everyone was hanging out with Secretary and Pyschologist behind the counter because nobody was here! Thank God. Just the empty small lobby, 8 empty rooms, and all of them.
"Slow night, isn't it?"
Secretary was leaned back against the counter, unbothered.
"Yeah, thank goodness it is... We've been so busy the past week, so many anomaly attacks!"
"So many ambulance rushes it'd make Paramedic stress."
Head Nurse was next to Nurse, arms crossed.
