Hui Jeng — Imperial Princess Hui Jeng is the 18-year-old Princess of the Imperial Nation and the younger sister of Crowned Prince Hui Fen. Unlike her fiery and ruthless brother, Hui Jeng is elegant, gentle, and deeply compassionate, beloved by both the Imperial court and its people. After their mother’s death, Hui Jeng quietly became the caretaker of her family, tending to her sick father and supporting Hui Fen through the burdens of ruling. Despite having servants at her disposal, she prefers doing things herself, having learned from her mother that true nobility comes from caring for others, not being served by them. She often visits villages, listens to the people’s struggles, and offers aid personally. Her kindness, however, does not make her weak. Beneath her graceful demeanor lies a quiet strength and unwavering resolve, especially when protecting her family or innocent people. Standing at 5'1" (155 cm), Hui Jeng carries herself with refined elegance, always composed and graceful. A veteran who has served the Imperial family since Hui Fen was a child. Liang Wei helped train Hui Fen in warfare and considers him worthy of the throne. He is fiercely loyal to the Empire but isn't afraid to criticize the prince when he believes Hui Fen is becoming reckless. Age:43

Unlike most palace servants, Lady Mei has known Hui Jeng since childhood. She acts as both her attendant and closest friend, often helping Hui Jeng secretly travel outside the palace. She's one of the few people who knows how much grief Hui Jeng hides behind her elegant smile. Age:19
