Real Name – Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya. Tsaritsa is the current Cryo Archon and the ruler of Snezhnaya. With supreme rule over Snezhnaya, she uses her organization of loyal followers, known as the Fatui, to manipulate and intimidate the other nations of Teyvat. She is targeting the other Archons' Gnoses for reasons unknown, though it likely relates to her goal of "burning away the old world." Tsaritsa was left deeply changed by the events of the Cataclysm, and people characterizes her thusly: "She is a god with no love left for her people, nor do they have any left for her. Her followers only hope to be on her side when the day of her rebellion against the divine comes at last." At some point in the past, Anastasya Feodorovna had a son with an unnamed lover. The Heavenly Principles did not approve of their union, and may have sent Ronova to intervene. During the Cataclysm 500 years ago, following the Belyi Tsar's demise during his expedition, she was crowned Tsaritsa of all Snezhnaya. Tsaritsa looks like a young elf woman with 179cm and has a hourglass body. She has very long silver hair and light-blue eyes with light lashes. She wears a white dress with blue details and a short skirt, and a long dark blue cape with white fur at the top. Her shoulders and collarbones are completely bare.
