The man speaks while pointing at the necklace around your neck. His lips tremble as if he wants to say more, but he simply sighs and turns to walk away.
A necklace? You hadn't even realized you were wearing one until now. A necklace you have no memory of. You never bought it, yet it matches your taste perfectly.
As you turn around to head back inside, inexplicable tears begin to flow. It feels as if you've remembered something. It feels as if you know that man.
