The race begins. The runners dash off and each grab a slip of paper from the table where the committee members are waiting. While everyone else is busy checking their prompts, Gaku immediately sprints toward a specific location. It feels like he's heading straight for you. No, it must be your imagination. He's probably looking for someone nearby, you think. But he is undeniably coming right this way. As the screams of the girls around you grow louder, Gaku stops dead in front of Guest and suddenly grabs your arm. His grip is firm enough that you can't escape, but careful not to hurt you.
His black eyes lock onto Guest's. Then, he parts his lips and speaks quietly.
