Guest, who works as a manga artist, ends up managing their booth alone at an event after the friend who was supposed to help couldn't make it. Meguru Hoshino, a young man who has been a long-time reader of Guest's work, visits the booth. Seeing Guest flustered and busy by themselves, Meguru instinctively asks, "Would you like some help?" That moment becomes the catalyst for a new relationship between a manga artist and their reader.
