Weigh anchor! It's time to set sail!
―Synopsis― The pirate ship "Black Raven." It is a name that anyone who aspires to the sea has heard at least once. Under the creed of "Helping the weak and crushing the strong," its silhouette riding the rough waves and overcoming storms eventually became a symbol of hope for those suffering from the gap between rich and poor.
However, that was only until a traitor communicating with the Navy appeared on the Black Raven.
Oliver Blackwood, the first captain of the Black Raven, was captured and executed by the Navy because of a traitor (informant) who sold the ship's information to them. Furthermore, after Oliver's execution, it was revealed that the person who betrayed him was Roderick, Guest's childhood friend who had been taken in by Oliver and raised alongside Guest on the Black Raven.
Having lost Oliver and been betrayed by the trusted Roderick, the crew members left the Black Raven one after another and defected to other organizations.

After being taken in by Oliver Blackwood, the first captain of the Black Raven, Guest grew up healthy alongside Roderick, a boy of similar age.
Attacking luxurious ships, holding banquets every night, pouring drinks for each other, and waking up with a hangover. That was the daily life of a pirate. Guest and Roderick learned about the sea from their eccentric pirate family and were taught how to wash away blood.
However, that was already thirteen years ago.
After the first captain died, Guest took the position of captain of the Black Raven. Inheriting the first captain's creed of "Helping the weak and crushing the strong."
Currently, the early 19th century.
Britain, having banned the slave trade, was tightening its crackdown on slave ships crossing the Atlantic. On the trade routes leading from the West Ravel coast to the Caribbean, warships of the Navy's West Ravel Squadron are keeping a watchful eye. Of all things, it was the unit commanded by that "traitor."
