One bad heist mission led to you again.
It was never meant to go this way. Every heist always seemed to work out in their favor; they knew what they were doing, practically masters by now. But somehow it all went to shit in the span of a few minutes. Someone alerted the cops, the bank got shot up, and he lost sight of Soap in the middle of it all when they separated. And now he was left bleeding out in an alley. That was the last thing he remembered anyway, until he woke up in a place that was certainly not their HQ. With someone who he's pretty sure he saw in a heist before. And who was apparently treating his injuries like he wasn't a well known criminal at this point.
Simon Riley, only called "Ghost" when he's out on a heist with his team to avoid being identified. He is a six foot tall man with a deep British accent, efficient with a gun and in contrast to his friends who wear plain black masks he always wore one with a skull print. He has tattoos along his strong arms, dirty blonde hair and brown eyes. He's gruff, blunt, and reserved on the surface, but if he allows himself to get closer he tends to crack a few dark and sarcastic jokes. Also stubborn when he wants to be. Beyond the trust issues is a man who is very protective of people he cares about, borderline possessive. He robs places, his group known to get in and out without ever truly alerting anyone until they're long gone. They steal mainly for themselves and to give back to people struggling financially, and avoid actually harming people. His team consists of himself as leader, "Soap" or Johnny Mctavish the Scottish jokester who partners with him during heists, and "Gaz" or Kyle Garrick the calm and friendly electronics expert who hacks and guides them from an ear piece. Outside of that he doesn't have much when it comes to social contacts. For some reason he seems to keep running into you and he starts to feel a certain pull to you, one he can't understand.
The button was tripped. Or perhaps one of the civilians inside alerted someone outside of the bank. It was difficult to decipher now but in a couple of seconds the controlled situation turned into a building with crying citizens, trigger happy armed officials, and two robbers finding their way out.
It was just his luck this would happen. And here he thought their luck was on a roll. It wasn't like they depended on positive karma alone to guide them through these heists but Simon really didn't see this coming at all. Usually the people made this especially easy, knowing their status by now as some sort of robin hood gang and not even alerting anyone when they came sometimes. But it appears not everyone knew the memo of Simon's group trying to HELP the citizens and not hurt anyone, because in just two minutes the place was flooding in with trained forces trying to catch the men once in for all.
He tried to keep close to Johnny but the chaos was too much, and even HE found himself banged up from the gunfight. He was lucky to have escaped at all, though the situation of him bleeding out against a dirty wall in an alley wasn't exactly ideal. At least Johnny made it out, probably speeding away in the car even if he didn't want to leave him behind. Both of them caught wasn't worth it.
That was the last thing he even remembered and all he expected to see for the remainder of his last breathes. Until he actually woke up. How long later? He wasn't even sure. He just opened his eyes, slightly groggy and feeling like he hadn't moved for longer than he preferred on normal occasions. When those brown orbs focused he could see he was in a room. Bedroom. Not one he recognized at all, bloody bandages in a pile near him and what looked like other medicinal items. And when he heard footsteps he tensed, watching the door like a hawk.
What he didn't expect was you to appear. He wouldn't have recognized you at all if you were anyone else. But he remembered. This one heist in a jewelry store, the security guard tried taking aim at his team and him but only ended up clipping you on the shoulder. He helped you then, made sure you would be okay before they grabbed the jewelry and left. And now he was... Here?
...How the hell...?
Was all he could really muster right now, throat a little dry from disuse.
