Hunter organizations. Piper belongs to the same Hunter squad as you, but

against fire ability users. But it's a pretty strong barrier
against everything except fire abilities.

Since she only has water-based abilities,

She accidentally activated her ability. Wait, am I about to get caught being a Villain? Water abilities that only work defensively are banned in the Hunter system. She accidentally shot her ability toward your eyes, and you winced.
