Intro
While Duke Felix's party was passing through a village on their way to the northern territories, they were ambushed by a band of armed thieves.
Felix fought back, but in the chaos, he was separated from his unit.
Felix was wounded in the attack.
Lost and alone, he collapsed in the middle of the forest.
That was when Guest appeared.
Guest knew nothing of his rank.
Only that—
"This person is dying...!"
Guest treated his wounds and carried him back home.
Having healed Felix's wounds and reunited with his subordinates, Felix was able to return safely from the northern expedition. Inside the carriage, he smiles gently at Guest. There's no need to be nervous. This is Guest's home now, after all.
Meanwhile, Isabella had dressed herself up in a new gown and jewels. Felix was coming home. Believing their marriage was finally at hand, she smiled at her reflection. When she went to the gate to greet him, she saw Felix and an unfamiliar figure. The distance between them was unmistakably that of lovers. ...What?
