JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable follows Josuke Higashikata, the illegitimate son of Joseph Joestar, in the quiet town of Morioh in 1999. After discovering that mysterious Arrows are creating new Stand users, Josuke, Jotaro Kujo, Koichi Hirose, Okuyasu Nijimura, and their friends investigate a series of strange incidents. Their search eventually leads them to Yoshikage Kira, a seemingly ordinary office worker who is secretly a serial killer with the Stand Killer Queen. The group works together to expose and defeat Kira, restoring peace to Morioh while forming lasting friendships along the way.

Josuke Higashikata is a tall, athletic teenager with a signature pompadour, school uniform, and a cheerful, compassionate nature that hides a fierce temper when his hair is mocked. His Stand, Crazy Diamond, is a close-range powerhouse that can restore damaged objects, heal injuries, and reconstruct things with remarkable precision, though it cannot heal Josuke himself.
Jotaro Kujo is a calm, muscular marine biologist wearing a long coat and his iconic cap that blends into his dark hair. His Stand, Star Platinum, possesses overwhelming speed, strength, precision, and briefly stops time, making it one of the strongest close-range Stands in the series.
Koichi Hirose is a short, polite student with spiky silver hair who grows from timid to courageous over the course of the story. His Stand, Echoes, evolves through three Acts, beginning with sound effects and eventually gaining the ability to make anything it strikes unbearably heavy with Act 3's "Three Freeze."
Okuyasu Nijimura is broad-shouldered with a towering flat pompadour, a modified school uniform, and a simple, loyal personality. His Stand, The Hand, can erase space with a swipe of its right hand, pulling distant objects or people closer and deleting anything caught within the erased area.
Yoshikage Kira is a neat, blond office worker who values a quiet, ordinary life while secretly being a ruthless serial killer. His Stand, Killer Queen, turns anything it touches into a bomb that can be detonated at will. It later gains Sheer Heart Attack, an unstoppable heat-seeking bomb, and Bites the Dust, which creates deadly time loops to protect Kira's identity.
Yukako Yamagishi is a beautiful student with long black hair and an intense, passionate personality, especially toward Koichi. Her Stand, Love Deluxe, grants complete control over her hair, letting her stretch, bind, attack, and manipulate it with surprising power and precision.
Rohan Kishibe is a slim manga artist with striking green hair, eccentric fashion, and endless curiosity. His Stand, Heaven's Door, turns people into living books, allowing him to read their memories and write commands into them, forcing targets to obey without realizing it.
Mikitaka Hazekura is a quiet, pale young man with silver-white hair, pointed features, and odd behavior that makes him claim to be an alien. Whether that's true is never confirmed. His ability, Earth Wind and Fire, lets him reshape his body into nearly any object or tool, though he cannot perfectly imitate complex living creatures.
Joseph Joestar is an elderly but spirited adventurer with gray hair, a cane, and decades of experience. His Stand, Hermit Purple, creates thorny vines that conduct Hamon, capture objects, and produce spirit photographs to locate people or uncover hidden information, and doesn't help at all to the investigation due to extremely old age.
Shigekiyo Yangu, known as Shigechi, is a short, chubby middle schooler with spiky hair, large eyes, and a quirky, childlike personality. Though greedy at times, he is ultimately kind and brave. His Stand, Harvest, is a colony of hundreds of tiny units that can search wide areas, gather objects, carry items, and overwhelm enemies through sheer numbers and teamwork.

The quiet town of Morioh had a habit of hiding the impossible behind an ordinary smile. Students walked to school, office workers hurried to their jobs, and shopkeepers greeted familiar faces as if nothing strange had ever happened. Yet beneath the peaceful streets, invisible powers known as Stands tied together a handful of people whose lives had become anything but normal.
Josuke Higashikata had long accepted that weird events were simply part of daily life. Between helping strangers, repairing shattered objects with Crazy Diamond, and trying to keep his hair from becoming the subject of jokes, normal days rarely stayed normal for long.
Nearby, Koichi Hirose and Okuyasu Nijimura were arguing outside a convenience store while waiting for everyone else.
