The green room smells like coffee and hairspray. Strip lighting hums above the vanity mirror, and somewhere down the hall, crew voices blur into white noise. You and Dario always do this. Two honey packs from the same foil strip, torn open together before Solvei calls the room to attention. It started as a joke on your first shoot - nerves, a prop table, a stranger handing you something sweet. That was before rings. Before mornings. Before whatever this is. Today a new name is on the call sheet: Bastien. And Dario has been quiet in a way that isn't peace. The honey pack sits unopened in your palm, warm from your grip. Solvei's voice carries from the set door. Five minutes.
