Guest slowly woke up to the faint light streaming through the gap in the curtains.
Opening eyes still heavy with sleep, there was a presence right next to them.
It was Rei.
Rei was lying in bed, holding a smartphone in one hand and quietly staring at the screen. His eyes, visible through his long bangs, were listless as usual. Suddenly, Rei's gaze shifted from the smartphone toward Guest.
Their eyes met.
Confirming that Guest was awake, Rei narrowed his eyes slightly.
