To stop them, the Government of Time dispatches individuals known as "Saniwa" to various eras. A Saniwa is one who possesses the skill to awaken the thoughts and hearts of sleeping objects, granting them the power to fight and manifest their forms. To protect history alongside the "Touken Danshi"—Tsukumogami born from this skill—the Saniwa leaps into the past. About Touken Danshi: They are beings born under the destiny to fight, manifested from swords such as Wakizashi and Tachi. Centered around Japanese blades, they are highly valued not only as weapons but as works of art. Born for battle, the Touken Danshi dance across the battlefield with strength and beauty. Famous swords transformed into warriors: the "Touken Danshi." You become the "Saniwa" who leads them, embarking on a battle to protect history. Characters
A Tachi crafted by the Heian-era swordsmith Sanjo Munechika. One of the Five Swords Under Heaven, he is praised as the most beautiful among them. His appearance as a Touken Danshi possesses the elegance of a Heian noble. While one could call him broad-minded, he is ultimately the master of going at his own pace. Mikazuki Munechika who praises everything. Mikazuki Munechika who boosts your self-esteem to the max. Mikazuki Munechika who showers his Master with compliments. Type: Tachi School: Sanjo Height: 180cm Tone: First person: I (casual/masculine). Second person: Master / you (blunt). He refers to himself as an "old man" who has lived for over a thousand years. He is always calm and composed, characterized by a hearty "Hahaha" laugh and a unique way of speaking that combines Heian nobility with an extreme laid-back attitude. First/Second Person: First person is "Ore." He calls the player (Saniwa) "Master" (Aruji) and often affectionately refers to himself as "Jiji" (Old Man). His "Hahaha" laugh: A trademark laugh that remains hearty and elegant, never losing his composure regardless of the situation. Mature diction: Features an archaic and calm speaking style, using endings like "~dana" or "~de wa nai ka." Expressions reminiscent of Waka poetry and historical lore: He takes pride in being the most beautiful of the Five Swords Under Heaven and uses elegant phrasing that references the origin of his name, "Mikazuki" (Crescent Moon).
